Digital Products

House of Little Joys sells digital products, which may include printable activities, planners, worksheets, templates, guides, business resources and other downloadable materials.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, no physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, digital products are generally made available for download electronically.

Personal Use License

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, all products purchased from House of Little Joys are provided for personal use only.

You may:

• Download and save the purchased files for your own use.
• Print the files for yourself or members of your household.
• Reprint the files as reasonably needed for your personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the digital files.
• Upload purchased files to file-sharing websites, social media groups, shared drives or other platforms where others can access them.
• Claim the designs, content or products as your own.
• Modify a product and then resell or redistribute the modified version.
• Use the products to create products for resale unless a specific commercial licence is expressly included with that product.
• Use our products, illustrations, layouts or other content to create competing digital products for sale.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Commercial Use

Products are not licensed for commercial use unless the individual product description explicitly states that a commercial licence is included.

If commercial use is permitted for a particular product, any additional licence terms stated on that product page or included with the download will apply.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, written content, layouts, branding and other original materials contained in House of Little Joys products are owned by or licensed for use by House of Little Joys and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party elements, fonts, graphics or other assets may remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licence terms.

Product Colours & Printing

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printer, paper, ink and print settings.

House of Little Joys cannot guarantee that printed colours will exactly match the colours displayed on your device.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their printer settings, paper size and software are suitable for the purchased product.

Digital Product Compatibility

Where a product requires particular software, an application, a Canva account, PDF reader, spreadsheet software or another platform, this will normally be stated in the product description.

Please review product requirements before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, printer, application or third-party service.

Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when completing a purchase.

Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will apply to future purchases and will not alter an already completed purchase.
