Two of the world’s most respected institutions are now studying the work of a hotel worker, not because she followed a path, but because she wrote her own:

- Heart & Hospitality was officially submitted for the UNESCO International Literacy Prize, recognizing its unique role in emotional and vocational education, areas often overlooked in traditional schooling, especially in service industries.

- The book is under review by Cambridge University Press for potential inclusion in the AS & A Level Travel & Tourism syllabus (9395), taught in over 130 countries. Once approved, real stories from Natasha’s life could soon appear in classrooms around the world.

It’s a rare milestone: Cambridge and UNESCO see a writer born in a small Mauritian village, written late at night between parenting shifts and hotel duties.

- Arabic edition in progress with a respected regional publisher is translating Heart & Hospitality for the Gulf, where thousands of African women work in hospitality. For many, this edition will finally put their emotional labor into words, in a language they can call their own.

- Czech edition underway in Prague Czech Republic. Natasha’s frontline story is entering classrooms and bookstores across Central Europe—where she now lives, works, and leads. A message that says: dignity in service is universal.

- Shortlisted for TEDx Prague 2025/2026 (final confirmation expected)
