We will sit down and discuss what you are looking for, whether its an PC avatar or a optimised avatar, talk about ideas you want on the avatar.

Here we will talk more about what's going onto the avatar, and what assets I have already or I will need to buy to make it the perfect model for you.

This is where you'll let me do my job and create you a high quality avatar with blender and unity, creating all the right toggles, we will still communicate during this process to make sure everything's okay for you!

After a lot of testing and speaking with you, if everything is 100% to your liking, we will complete this commision!

All payments are handled through my store. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final avatar is delivered.

Refunds are not available once 3D production has commenced. If the project is cancelled during the design phase, the deposit is not refundable.

Avatars are for personal use only. You may edit the avatar for your own personal use, but you may not take or reuse any assets used on the avatar unless you have purchased them yourself from the original seller. Do not share, leak, redistribute or give the avatar to anyone else in any way. The avatar is for you and you only.

Each commission includes two rounds of minor revisions during the 3D production phase. Major structural changes requested after the design concept is locked may incur additional fees.

Expect updates every 1-2 days. Clients are expected to provide clear feedback within 48 hours to maintain the project timeline. Major delays in feedback may result in project postponement.

We can discuss if you like any of the assets I already have. If you want something that I don't own, you will need to purchase it for me. This will be % included in the original price, unless the asset takes the total cost over the original price, in which case it will cost extra.

Any additional assets not included in the original commission will cost £10 per extra asset
