Avatars are for private, personal use. Upload only to your own account. Public uploads are prohibited.

You must provide accurate information at checkout. Failure may result in a shop ban. For gifts, include both purchaser and recipient details.

My avatar files must not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, or given to anyone else under any circumstances. This also applies if you want someone else to edit or make changes to one of my avatars. If you would like to commission someone to edit your avatar, you must open a ticket in my Discord server first and receive permission before doing so.

Sharing, leaking, or distributing files through servers, websites, or with other people is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a permanent ban and may lead to DMCA takedowns or further legal action. Any information provided during checkout may be used when submitting legal forms, reports, or other necessary documentation.

You may not extract, reuse, modify, redistribute, or resell any assets from my avatars, including heads, bodies, clothing, or other included assets, for personal or commercial use.  

If you use my avatars for any form of revenue-generating content, including streaming, adult content, videos, TikToks, or similar content, you must provide credit in the description.

You may freely edit the avatar however you like, however, you must leave 50% of original assets on the avatar.
