Yes ! I do free uploads in my server. However, timing on uploads may be slow due to my schedule.

Some are and some aren't. I always have it listed in the description of the avatar if it is quest compatible.

I normally have a guide written on the avatar's description as well ! If that doesn't help however, you may ask for help in my discord server..
