1. Purpose of this notice

This Privacy Notice explains how information provided in connection with AI Front Desk Check is collected, used, stored and shared. The service is sold through the Little Wins Resources Payhip store. Privacy enquiries can be sent to littlewinsresources@gmail.com.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect your name, email address, order details, business name, website, business contact details, answers provided at checkout, instructions or exclusions for the check, communications with us, optional marketing consent and notes created while carrying out the service. We may also review information that the business has already made publicly available where that information is relevant to the check.

3. Information you should not provide

Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank login details, tax file numbers, identity documents, health information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. If information is not needed to perform the check, do not include it in the checkout answers or email.

4. How we use information

We use order and business information to process and administer purchases, perform the requested check, prepare and deliver the report, contact you if information is missing, provide customer support, maintain business and accounting records, prevent misuse and improve the service. Marketing messages will only be sent where there is an appropriate basis to do so, including where you have chosen to receive them, and you can ask to stop receiving them.

5. Payment information

Payments are processed through Payhip and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card number through ordinary order handling. Payhip and payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by service providers that are reasonably necessary to run the service, such as Payhip, payment processors, email providers, document or file storage providers and other technology services used to prepare or deliver the report. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud or misuse.

7. Overseas processing

Some technology and payment providers may store or process information outside Australia. The location can vary according to the provider and its infrastructure. By using the service, you acknowledge that necessary service providers may process information in other countries subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law.

8. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect order information and report files from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online service, email system or storage method can guarantee absolute security. You should use an email account and devices that you trust when receiving or storing your report.

9. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or deidentified where practical.

10. Access, correction and deletion requests

You can contact littlewinsresources@gmail.com if you want to ask what information we hold about your order, correct information that is inaccurate or request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute resolution purposes.

11. Privacy concerns
