1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to digital products purchased from our Payhip store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the product description and any licence supplied with the download.

2. Digital products

Our products are supplied electronically; no physical item is shipped. The LKC Interior Design Project Control System is designed for Microsoft Excel. Using Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or other software may alter formulas, formatting, validation or dropdowns. Customers must check compatibility before purchase.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is calculated or included through Payhip according to the customer’s location and checkout information. Payments are processed by Payhip’s third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal; we do not receive or store complete card details. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and access is provided. We may cancel unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated or clearly erroneous orders and refund payments already taken.

4. Delivery and access

After checkout, files are available through Payhip’s download page and email receipt. Download them promptly and keep a secure backup. The standard limit is five download attempts per file. For genuine access problems, email Linda.lkcsocial@gmail.com.

5. Licence

Unless stated otherwise, each purchase grants the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable individual professional licence. You may use the product in your own professional or business activities, keep reasonable working and backup copies, and duplicate the blank master workbook for your own client projects.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish or give the files to others; upload them to shared libraries, marketplaces, memberships, template platforms or public sites; remove ownership notices; claim them as your work; create a competing or substantially similar digital product; or allow third-party use without a written multi-user licence. The purchase grants usage rights, not ownership.

6. Intellectual property

All copyright, design and other intellectual-property rights in the products, documentation, branding and supporting material remain with L.K.C. Management and Design Services Ltd or the relevant rights holder.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers must use suitable licensed software; keep backups; check entries, calculations, dates, budgets and project information; adapt the system to their project, contractual and regulatory requirements; and apply professional judgement. Templates support organisation but do not replace professional, legal, financial, accounting, tax, engineering, architectural or contractual advice.

8. Conformity and support

We supply digital content that materially corresponds with its description. If a file is corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from what was advertised, contact us with the order details and issue description. We may provide troubleshooting, a replacement, correction, price reduction or refund as required by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LKC is not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer data, unauthorised sharing, incompatible software, failure to keep backups, file modifications or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer right.

10. Updates

A purchase covers the version supplied at the time of sale. Future updates, products or expanded licences are not included unless expressly stated. Terms applicable when the order is placed govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence.
