What’s fantastic about Rica, besides the fact that she’s a lovely person, she’s serious about the way she runs her business. While I learned so much along the way I also got a glimpse into her point of view, her standards and philosophy, which are heartfelt, ethical, and top-notch. 

Rica likes the concept of a process so much (here) she has created a “process” to create every “process” you’ll need. Beginning to end. I am beyond grateful to have found her class because slowly, steadily, I am doing what didn’t seem possible. My mind has expanded and deals are appearing. The most valuable takeaway for me? Customized client checklists that I now use religiously. These are more than just lists—they are a living, breathing guide that reminds me not to skip steps. Allowing me to consistently deliver the care and detail my clients deserve all while keeping me on track. 

I now have a system in place that continues to evolve. I’m able to add new ideas and steps as I grow, and that kind of structure brings such peace of mind.

I was an experienced team agent in a new market building a solo business for the first time, and I had no clue where to start. Rica was a wonderful guide in setting up the basic foundations of our new business. She advised on everything from what kind of corporate entity to form and how to pay ourselves, to effective uses of our time on a daily basis. She helped us establish processes for buyers and sellers, she held us accountable on our marketing plans and community outreach, she helped us role play through difficult conversations, and was also a positive voice of encouragement. I would say what I have learned  can be aligned with the Serenity Prayer 

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change  -  the market, economy, media, emergencies, natural events, other people and reactions from other people, or how they respond. 

The courage to change the things I can. - Rica’s class: Process - checklists, templates, good ideas - tested, defined, documented and how to store them.  Overall approach - follow up, cadence, professionalism, community building. 

And the wisdom to know the difference.     

I finally found a way to address these two things. Slowly.
