7. Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)
7.1 As our customer, it may be necessary for you to provide us with your Personal Data when you apply to us and / or continue to subscribe with us for a service and / or product ("Services"). If your Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide the Services to you.

The copyright in the design, layout, graphics, text, and all other content and materials on the Site with any information contained therein belongs exclusively to SIM Design Limited.
No user of the Site is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or use any part of the Site or its contents for any public, commercial, or other purpose whatsoever without the prior express written permission of SIM Design Limited (or the relevant rights holder). Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, exposing the User to legal action.
The products, technology or processes, or other materials described or features on the Site may be the subject of other patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights owned by Master Plans LLC, SIM Design Limited or third parties. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any such intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
All marks which are identified with the symbol ® or ™ on the Site are registered or unregistered trade or service marks belonging to and used by Master Plans LLC or its affiliates. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
