About Me

Hello, my name is Nadia. I'm 20 years old and I started working out two years and a half ago.

I've always had a competitive spirit, always wanting to push my limits.

When I started training, my passion for working out only increased. My initial goal of simply losing weight quickly turned into a desire to combine the best possible aesthetics with maximum strength development.


My bench press is currently 115kgs/254lbs, deadlift 170kgs/375lbs and squat 150kgs/331lbs. I also do dips where I lift 50kgs/110lbs x2 and pull-ups with over 20kgs/44lbs.
