Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by BookVault OR directly from the author. This will be noted in the product page description.

For Bookvault, print time is usually 4 days. After books are printed, they are shipped and delivered within 10-12 days. However, unforeseen events can happen and delay delivery times.

When shipped by the author, books will be sent once a week, and delivery time will depend on the type of postage chosen by the customer.

For international orders (those shipped directly by the author outside of the EU, or special editions shipped by Bookvault UK outside of the UK), the customer is responsible for any VAT or foreign/customs fees.
