Order Processing
All items require 1-2 days to prepare and package before being dispatched to our courier partners. Please note that dispatch times may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or sales. If you have rush orders, please message us on IG and we will try our best to pack and deliver them as soon as possible.
Standard Delivery & Pick-Up Options
Self Pick-Up (via customer):
- Pick-up details will be emailed to you within 24hours after placing your order. Once notified, you can collect your order directly or arrange a third-party rider service to pick it up for you. Kindly message us on IG for faster communication.
Door to Door Delivery (via store):
- Metro Manila: 1 to 3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3 to 12 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
Same Day Delivery (via customer):
Need your order within the same day? Message us and we might be able to pack and ship it immediately.
- Mon-Fri: Order anytime before 6pm, book for pickup in the evening (exact time to be discussed)
- Weekends or holidays: Order anytime, book for pickup once as soon as it's ready
Notes:
- Deliveries may take longer during holidays, especially Christmas season. We suggest to place your orders ahead of time.
- Message us on IG with your Order Number in case of special delivery requests such as same day delivery, gift orders with message, etc. We'll be glad to accommodate.
- Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery schedules, rider allocation, and transit delays (due to weather or location) are managed directly by the courier company.
