Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold in this shop are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Once payment is processed, you will receive access to the digital files. Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read the product description
• Incompatibility with your software or platform
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the files

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review product descriptions, previews, and FAQs before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible and I am unable to provide a working replacement

Any exception is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not override rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Payhip and its integrated third-party payment providers (such as PayPal and major credit/debit cards). Payment information is encrypted during checkout and is not stored or accessible by this shop.
