This notice explains what we do with your personal information when you buy from us or use our free tools.

Who we are. The data controller for everyone who buys from us in pounds sterling is National Work-Integrated Education Partnership Ltd, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England IP28 7DE (registered in England and Wales, company number 16911227).

Wisdom Akinpelu Ministries International, 92 Castle Street, Belfast BT1 1HE, is the ministry under which our Christian and ministry resources are published. Customer records for those purchases are held by NWIEP Ltd as controller.

Purchases in Nigerian naira are handled by our Nigerian partner organisation, which is the controller for those customers.

WHAT WE COLLECT

 • Your name and email address, so we can deliver what you bought and reach you about it.

 • Your payment record. Held by Payhip or Stripe, not by us. We see that a payment succeeded and what it was for. We never see your card number.

 • For SoulConnect Academy members, your mobile number, if you join the community group.

 • Basic email engagement data — whether a message was delivered and opened.

 • For our free diagnostics, nothing at all. The Church Health Snapshot, School Health Snapshot, Wealth Foundation Scorecard and Relationship and Intimacy Reflection Check run entirely in your own browser. Your answers are never sent to us and we never see them.

We do not ask for and do not want anything beyond this.

WHY WE HOLD IT, AND ON WHAT BASIS

We hold your name and email to perform the contract you entered when you bought from us. We cannot deliver a file or a daily email without them.

We hold your payment record because we are legally required to keep financial records.

If we write to you about other resources, that is on the basis of your consent, given separately and withdrawable at any time. Buying something does not sign you up to marketing.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

 • Purchase and programme data: for the duration, and 24 months afterwards, so we can resend a file, reissue a certificate or answer a query.

 • Financial records: six years, as required by HMRC.

 • Community group membership: removed when you leave the group.

WHO PROCESSES IT

Only those in WAMI and NWIEP who need it in order to deliver what you bought.

We use Payhip and Stripe for payment and delivery in pounds sterling, Paystack for payments in Nigerian naira, and an email provider to send programme teachings. Each processes data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

ANALYTICS

Our store uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages people visit and which products they look at. This tells us what is useful; it does not tell us who you are.

If you would rather not be measured, any standard browser privacy setting or tracker blocker will stop both, and nothing about your purchase will be affected.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to Admin@wamiministries.org or Admin@nwiepglobal.com and we will act within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, but it is your right either way.

UNDER 18S

SoulConnect Core and Plus are open from age 16. We collect no more from a 16 or 17 year old than from anyone else, and we do not profile or advertise to them. SoulConnect Academy is not open to under-18s.
