Terms of Sale

These terms apply to everything we sell. By buying, you agree to them.

WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

Your contract is with National Work-Integrated Education Partnership Ltd, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England IP28 7DE (registered in England and Wales, company number 16911227). It is the seller for every purchase paid in pounds sterling, whichever of our sites or stores you bought from, and it is the organisation named on your receipt.

For SoulConnect, checkout is operated by Stripe as seller of record, and your receipt will show "Sold through Onelink". Stripe handles the payment and any sales tax. WAMI delivers the programme, and everything else in these terms — including our refund promise — applies as written.

Wisdom Akinpelu Ministries International (WAMI) is the ministry under which the Christian and ministry titles, the church diagnostics and SoulConnect are published and taught. Its office is at 92 Castle Street, Belfast BT1 1HE. Purchases of those resources are still contracted and fulfilled by NWIEP Ltd.

Purchases made in Nigerian naira through www.nwiep.com are handled separately by Nationwide Work-Integrated Education Partnership (NWIEP) Nig. Ltd, 75 Ojodu–Akute Road, Martins Bus Stop, Ogun State, Nigeria, through Paystack. Where you paid in naira, your contract is with that organisation and these terms apply so far as Nigerian law allows.

HOW TO REACH US

For ministry titles, church diagnostics and SoulConnect, write to Admin@wamiministries.org. For education titles, school diagnostics and the School Leader Document Pack, write to Admin@nwiepglobal.com. If you are not sure which, use either — we will pass it on rather than send you away.

WHERE YOU ARE BUYING FROM

We sell through two places, and which one you used affects how you are charged and how you get your purchase.

The store at payhip.com/nwiepglobal — books, document packs and diagnostics. One-off purchases, downloaded immediately. Payhip handles the checkout and issues your receipt.

SoulConnect, at wamiministries.org — the thirty-day devotional programme. Payment is taken by Stripe, and some tiers are monthly subscriptions.

Everything below applies to both unless it says otherwise.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Books and digital editions. A file licensed to you for your own use, delivered as an immediate download.

Document packs and templates. Working documents you adapt for your own church, school or organisation. Yours to edit and use internally.

Diagnostics. An assessment tool and a report generated from your own answers. Where a diagnostic requires an access key, it is emailed to you when payment completes.

SoulConnect. A thirty-day programme delivered by daily email. Core is the teachings alone; Plus adds the Journal and a certificate; Academy adds the Academy curriculum, templates, a cohort, mentoring and the private community.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are in pounds sterling unless the listing states otherwise. We do not hold or see your card details — Payhip, Stripe and Paystack handle that.

Whether a purchase is a single payment or a recurring subscription is stated on the checkout page before you pay. Most of what we sell is a one-off purchase. Only certain SoulConnect tiers are subscriptions, and they continue until you cancel.

DELIVERY

Downloads are available immediately after payment and the link is also emailed to you.

SoulConnect begins the morning after payment clears, usually within 24 hours.

If something does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us. We will resend it.

OUR REFUND PROMISE

If something you bought from us is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days and tell us plainly. We will refund you.

You do not need to justify it, complete a form, or return anything. We ask only that you tell us what fell short, because that is how it gets better.

For a subscription, cancelling stops any future payment. We do not refund a month already used unless something genuinely went wrong — in which case we will.

THE LEGAL POSITION BEHIND THAT PROMISE

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Digital content is treated differently: where you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right by doing so, that right ends once delivery begins. You are asked to confirm this at checkout, because our downloads and daily emails start straight away.

None of that reduces the promise above. It is what we do, and we would rather refund you than have you feel taken advantage of.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. Use the link in your receipt or write to us and we will do it for you. No notice, no reason, no telephone call.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Everything we sell is licensed to you for your own use, or your own organisation's use in the case of templates and document packs.

Please do not forward, upload, resell or redistribute the files. If someone would find them useful, send them to the store rather than the file. This is how a small publisher stays able to keep writing.

AGE

Most of what we sell is written for adults and is sold on that basis.

SoulConnect Core and Plus are open from 16. SoulConnect Academy is 18 and over, because it includes a private community and one-to-one mentoring. See the Age and Safeguarding Policy.

WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

Our books, diagnostics and programmes reflect the author's own experience and opinion, and are offered as teaching and practical guidance.

They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or counselling advice, and neither the author nor WAMI is authorised to give such advice. Figures, templates and examples are illustrative and were prepared at a particular time for a particular market.

Nothing we sell should delay you in seeking qualified help for your health, your safety, or a decision with money at stake.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Write to Admin@wamiministries.org, or Admin@nwiepglobal.com for anything on the education side. A person reads it. We would far rather hear it from you than read it in a review or receive it as a chargeback.
