Marvin J. Jones Sr. a.k.a OscarMikeSpeaks is a motivational speaker, real estate investor, investor, and philanthropist. He originally hails from Baltimore, Maryland. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served for eight years. While in the Marine Corps he attended Hawaii Pacific University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Justice Administration. He also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Military Studies from American Military University.

In 2008, he was commissioned in the United States Navy. Mr. Jones currently serves as the Commanding Officer of a Small Boat Unit and CEO of OscarMikeSpeaks, LLC.

Marvin is an avid volunteer coaching baseball, basketball, football and provides financial literacy coaching to youth ages 4-18. In addition to serving our country, Marvin writes and produces motivational content for youth and adults.

A proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Marvin's focus is on Economic Development within his community. A portion of the proceeds from Mr. Jones' book sales are used to help provide for underprivileged youth.
