Meet Michelle
I’m a qualified chef and butcher with more than 40 years of hands-on experience in kitchens, food production and running food businesses.
I created The Pantry Challenge to make everyday cooking simpler, more affordable and less overwhelming. My recipes use familiar ingredients, clear instructions and practical ideas to help people cook with confidence, use what they already have and get more value from every shop.
I believe recipes should be a starting point, not a strict set of rules. The more you cook, adapt and create, the more confident you become.
Simple ingredients. Simple instructions. Real food made for real life.
