I find that the mornings contain the most clarity, at least for me. The dawn of something new and spectacular, a new chance to rise in Grace, again.
One practice I'd like to share, upon rising, search your heart for one memory to be grateful for. No matter how small - the best cup of coffee you can recall or that prize that you won in 5th grade - or great, Receive that memory, hold it, sit with it, feel the thankfulness for it, and the wholeness that the memory brings.
Take the peace and that power with you throughout the day.
Recall it as often as needed.
Return to the inner glee whenever another moment seems to overtake you.
Rise in that sentience glow it stirs within you.
Tomorrow, stir up a new memory of power to take with you.
Have a great day, All!
