
Returns
We hope you and your dog will be pleased with the merchandise but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include the original packaging.
We recommend carefully trying on the merchandise indoors as soon as you receive it to make sure the fit is as you anticipated. To be eligible for a full refund or credit all items must be unused and clean products. We cannot exchange merchandise that is soiled, smell, have been washed or brushed or are hairy.
The card used for the purchase will be the one we credit with the original purchase amount, less any delivery charge paid.
If you receive any faulty items, or if we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us to arrange the return or exchange.
Bespoke items will not be refunded, so please ensure you give the details correctly.
How do you return items
Please contact us with your reason for returning the merchandise. This can be done via email at,

We will provide you with a return address once we received your return request.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with your return options. The return package(s) must be pre-paid. Once we have received your package and checked them over, your original card will be credited. You must always contact us before you return any goods.
Once we receive your return, we inspect the merchandise and then initiate a refund. We will try to process your return within two to five business days of receiving your return.
Credits may take up to an additional five to seven business days to post to your account. The final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method.
We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
Please note: Refunds do not include any delivery costs paid on your original order.
