Use of this Site
The content of this Site is owned RRCGB. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of the RRCGB. You may view or print individual pages only, for your own personal use. RRCGB may at any time suspend, alter, restrict or terminate access to, or use of, this Site.
Purchasing merchandise
It could not be easier, just browse through our website and select the items you want to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished browsing and found what you are looking for, click the Checkout button and you will be asked to enter a few more details that we need to complete your order. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal for payment.
The RRCGB can give sizing advice but are not responsible for a garment not fitting. The RRCGB are in no way responsible for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer.
When your order is received we will issue an order confirmation.
When the details of the order have been checked we will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If we need to clarify any details we will contact you before finalizing the invoice.
All items including items made to order (bespoke items), are charged at the time of ordering.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
We aim to show only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you swiftly. From time to time we may sell out of some items, it will be shown as 'out of stock'.

Limitation of liability
The RRCGB is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website. The RRCGB does not guarantee that this website will operate free of errors or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you, or in breach of the Contract, for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of The RRCGB or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.
We are not liable for any injury or death to any animal or human wearing our merchandise.

Our best endeavour has, is and will be taken to ensure that the information contained on this website is correct and up to date. The information may, however become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the full extent permitted by law, and subject to these terms and conditions we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this Site.
