RETURNS & REFUNDS

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access to content, all sales of digital products are final. This includes PDFs, courses, audio files, or any downloadable content purchased via this site.

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be “returned,” and no refunds will be issued unless a technical issue on my end prevents access.

If you believe something has gone wrong (e.g. your download didn’t arrive, a file is corrupted, or your cat purchased it without consent), please email me directly and I’ll do my best to resolve it. I don’t bite.



Services & Coaching (If Applicable)

For any 1:1 sessions, mentoring, or live experiences:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time may be rescheduled.
  • Missed sessions without notice are considered non-refundable. Life happens, but please honour our time together.
  • Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

I trust you'll book with care and communicate honestly if anything needs to shift.



Subscriptions & Memberships (If Applicable)

If I offer any memberships, recurring content, or paid communities:

  • You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
  • Access will continue until the end of your paid period.
  • No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

When Refunds Might Happen

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A duplicate payment was made
  • A product was mistakenly listed as available when it wasn’t
  • A technical issue on my end blocks access and I can’t fix it

I’m not a corporation, I’m a human. So if something’s genuinely wrong, let’s talk.
