AVRENOR Digital Systems Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the SENVORYN brand and SENVORYN digital services, including the SENVORYN website, the AI Operating Profile Diagnostic, START HERE, and the sale and support of SENVORYN digital products.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@senvoryn.com
1. Information We Collect and Why
The information we collect depends on how you interact with SENVORYN.
AI Operating Profile Diagnostic
When you complete the SENVORYN AI Operating Profile Diagnostic, we may collect:
- your first name;
- your email address; and
- your answers to the Diagnostic questions.
We use this information to process your responses, determine your AI Operating Profile, provide your result, and send you the associated result and next-step resource.
Providing your email address for the Diagnostic does not, by itself, subscribe you to SENVORYN promotional marketing.
START HERE
START HERE is designed to help you work through business implementation questions and determine an appropriate starting point within the SENVORYN system.
Your responses may contain information about your business, operations, customers, team, processes, decisions or other business circumstances.
START HERE does not ordinarily require you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, postal address or file uploads as part of its business-work questions.
Where possible, use roles or job functions rather than people's names. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive or unnecessary third-party personal information into START HERE.
Purchases
When you purchase a SENVORYN digital product, information associated with your order may include:
- your name;
- email address;
- order and product information;
- transaction information; and
- other information reasonably required to process, fulfil or support your purchase.
We use third-party commerce and payment providers, including Payhip and Paystack, to support checkout and payment processing.
We do not need to receive your full payment-card details in order to fulfil your digital purchase. Payment information is handled through the relevant payment and commerce providers according to their respective systems and policies.
Support, Refunds and Withdrawal Requests
If you contact SENVORYN for customer support, request assistance with a purchase, report a delivery problem, request a refund, or submit a statutory withdrawal request, we may collect the information you provide to us together with relevant purchase, transaction and correspondence records.
We use this information to identify your purchase, communicate with you, investigate and resolve the matter, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Website and Technical Information
When you use a SENVORYN website or online service, our hosting or technology providers may process technical information required to deliver, secure and operate the service, such as device, browser, network, server or similar technical information.
The precise technical processing used by SENVORYN may change as our website and services develop.
2. How We Use Personal Information
Depending on the service and circumstances, we may use personal information to:
- provide the Diagnostic and its results;
- provide START HERE;
- process and fulfil purchases;
- provide customer support;
- investigate and resolve delivery, refund or withdrawal requests;
- communicate information necessary to provide a requested service;
- maintain appropriate transaction, compliance and operational records;
- protect the security and integrity of our services;
- prevent or investigate misuse, errors or security problems;
- operate, maintain and improve SENVORYN services; and
- comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, our processing may be based on providing a service or performing a transaction requested by you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests where appropriate, your consent where required, or another lawful basis available under applicable law.
3. Marketing Communications
Completing the AI Operating Profile Diagnostic, using START HERE, or purchasing a SENVORYN product does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional marketing from SENVORYN.
Messages required to provide a service you requested—for example, delivering a Diagnostic result, purchase information or responding to a support request—are service communications rather than promotional subscription by default.
If SENVORYN introduces promotional email, segmented nurture communications or similar marketing activities that require consent, we will provide an appropriate separate opportunity to opt in.
Where you have consented to marketing, you may withdraw that consent or unsubscribe using the method provided with the communication or by contacting us.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate SENVORYN services.
These may include providers of:
- online forms and assessments;
- workflow automation;
- email and communications;
- website hosting and infrastructure;
- digital commerce and product fulfilment; and
- payment processing.
Current services may include providers such as Tally, Make, Payhip and Paystack, together with relevant hosting and communications providers used for particular SENVORYN services.
These providers may process information on our behalf or as otherwise permitted under their own applicable legal responsibilities, terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. International Processing
Some service providers used by SENVORYN may process or store personal information outside Nigeria or outside the country in which you live.
Where applicable, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps required by applicable data-protection law in connection with international processing or transfers of personal information.
6. Cookies and Analytics
SENVORYN does not currently have optional analytics such as Google Analytics installed on senvoryn.com.
This does not necessarily mean that no technical storage, cookies or similar technologies are used by hosting providers, embedded services or other technology required to operate an online service.
Before SENVORYN activates optional analytics, advertising pixels or similar non-essential tracking technologies, we will assess the applicable privacy and consent requirements and update our notices or controls where necessary.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate operational or evidential requirements, or applicable legal obligations.
Our general operational retention approach is:
- Diagnostic submissions: generally up to 12 months from submission;
- START HERE submissions: generally up to 12 months from submission;
- customer-support correspondence: generally up to 24 months after the matter is resolved;
- purchase, transaction, refund and withdrawal records: generally up to 7 years where required or reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, transaction or evidential purposes;
- marketing consent and withdrawal records: for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and maintain appropriate evidence of consent or withdrawal; and
- temporary testing or quality-assurance records containing personal information: normally removed when the relevant testing and evidential need has ended, generally within 90 days after the relevant test or control gate is closed, unless continued retention is reasonably necessary.
We may retain genuinely anonymized or aggregated information for longer where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
Third-party service providers may have their own lawful retention requirements, including requirements relating to transactions, security, fraud prevention or regulatory obligations.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which may include rights to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of information where applicable;
- request restriction of certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- make a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.
These rights are subject to applicable law and may not apply in every circumstance. For example, we may need to retain certain information where required by law or where there is another lawful basis for retaining it.
To make a privacy request, contact support@senvoryn.com and provide enough information for us to identify and respond to your request.
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 2 business days and will respond substantively within the period required by applicable law.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn and does not override information-retention requirements that apply independently of consent.
9. Children's Privacy
SENVORYN's products and services are designed primarily as business and professional implementation resources and are not directed at children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information through our business services. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to SENVORYN in circumstances where it should not have been collected, please contact us at support@senvoryn.com.
10. Security
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of its services to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care when deciding what information to submit through online forms and services. In particular, please avoid providing confidential, sensitive or unnecessary third-party personal information where it is not required.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SENVORYN may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, service providers, operational practices or applicable requirements.
The current version will be made available through the relevant SENVORYN website or commerce service.
Where a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will take any additional steps required by applicable law.
