As a nutritionist, my goal is to support you in experiencing a truly nourishing transformation.
I have spend more than a year making & perfecting a collection of easy, healthy & filling recipes which I eat daily! With 12 years of athletic experience in dance & gymnastics, I know what it takes to build strength, and stay lean. My certification as a Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition — led me to master the art of balancing fitness, food, and sustainable living.
