About Me

I'm Tammy Krusoe. High blood pressure arrived at 42 and I lived with it for nearly twenty years before I understood what was actually driving it.

I'm not a doctor, a nurse, or a dietitian — I have no medical training at all. I'm someone who got curious about visceral fat, started keeping careful records, and worked with a good physician. I write about what I learned so other people can have a better conversation with theirs.

tammy@tammykrusoe.com — I read everything.
