I am a neurodivergent CEO, ordained minister, spoken word artist, and visionary healer. My work lives at the intersection of softness, storytelling, and sacred identity.

I’m known as The Voice of Soft Power because my calling is to help Black women reclaim what the world taught them to silence — their softness, sensitivity, stillness, and divine worth.

After navigating life with bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD — and enduring years of being misunderstood and misdiagnosed — I created The Mental Cookie™ as a safe, sacred space for women who have been strong for everyone else, yet rarely felt truly held themselves.

Through this shop, I offer healing-centered tools designed to support becoming whole, including:

• Reflective journals and emotional processing tools
• Faith-centered devotionals and spiritual grounding resources
• Soft Power practices such as affirmations, audio experiences, and mindset support
