A neurodivergent CEO, spoken word artist, ordained minister, and visionary healer—my work lives at the intersection of softness, storytelling, and sacred identity.

I’m known as The Soft Voice of Power because my calling is to help Black women reclaim the parts of themselves that the world taught them to silence: their softness, their sensitivity, their stillness, their divine worth.

After navigating life with bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD—and enduring years of being misdiagnosed, misunderstood, and masked—I created The Mental Cookie™ as a safe, sacred space for women like me. Women who’ve held it together for everyone else… but never felt truly held themselves.
