We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund:

Email nofluffguide@zohomail.com with your order number and a brief note. You do not need to explain why. We process most refund requests within 5–10 business days.

Terms of the refund:

• One refund per buyer
• Refunds return the full purchase price (we absorb payment processor fees)
• Your access to the Book and any associated bonus materials may be revoked upon refund
• After 30 days from purchase, refunds are at our sole discretion

We will not contest a good-faith refund request inside the 30-day window. That's the point of the policy.
