I'm Sarah Jane, a writer, a mother and a Muslim woman whose life has taken a few turns she never quite saw coming.

Over the last few years, I've found myself rebuilding, questioning and discovering parts of who I am that I hadn't had much space to explore before. Writing has been one of the ways I've made sense of it all, especially the things that don't come with easy answers.

I create from that place. From my own experiences, the conversations I have with other women and the questions that stay with me long after a conversation has ended.
