"What are my limitations with your content?"

• Using my creations/textures/assets by adding anti-sematic/hate symbols/text.
• Using my creations/textures/assets by adding ANY symbols depicting Zoophilia (Zeta symbol, Zoo flag, etc).
• Using my creations/textures/assets by adding Proship/Comshipper flags/symbols.
• Using my creations/textures/assets by intending my creations to be used to sexualize Minors/loli/shota.
• Using my content to create NSFW textures/base's is fine.

USE/REDISTRIBUTION

REDISTRIBUTION IS ALLOWED, UNLESS YOU ARE PURCHASING THIS FOR A FRIEND, MARK IT AS A GIFT WHEN CHECKING OUT PLEASE! (Clarified: No redistribution of product unless it is a gift, please mention who it is for with their email/contact info--you do NOT need to get the Commercial Version to give as gift, check mark the "give as gift" option.)

1. *IF I see you try and redistribute your commission from me without getting the commercial version/licensing, I WILL revoke your access from purchasing my products, using my products, and commissioning me in the future (Blacklist). If you feel you have been unjustly blacklisted contact me through email, "hydricanimates@gmail.com".
2. *Commercial Licensing for Sale of Model Edits means reselling edits of said model will NOT be sold for under the ''x'' amount of $ purchased for. (e.g. "I bought this model for 35$, how much can I resell this edit I made of it?" I would say "35$ and up, not under the amount.)
3. *Commercial Licensing for Sale of Textures means the textures CAN be sold for under the ''x'' amount of $ purchased for. (e.g. "I bought this model for 35$, how much can I resell this edit I made of it?" I would say "Any price".)
4. *MUST Credit me when Reselling.
5. *If you saw this model FREE somewhere, alert me. My paid for creations are NOT a free product! (Free products or not, don't redistribute--come to the source/s.)

VRCHAT PUBLIC RELATED:

1. *You CAN use my Avatars/Models as a public avatar, but you HAVE to edit it and/or change the textures! Please do not just throw a completely unchanged avatar from me, I will contact you and kindly ask you to keep it private please! (I don't want people to have FULL access to my avatars that you purchased "as is" from the download.)
2. *You CAN use my Textures/Assets on a public avatar, but you HAVE to credit me!

REFUNDS

You have the ability to test out Avatars/Textures. IF something isn't to your liking, recommend a feature you'd like to see on this Avatar/Texture/Asset in the future!

1. Access-Based Refunds: You as a buyer are entitled to a refund as long as you have NOT yet to use the product/downloaded the product.
2. Technical Issues: If you as buyer encounters a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product (e.g., duplicate orders, issues with emails, etc.), you are entitled to a refund if I cannot find a solution to get you said product you bought in your hands.
3. If I am Unresponsive: If you as a buyer has an issue with a product and I do not respond within a week, you are eligible for a refund within the first 90 days of purchase.
