William Hemphill II is a licensed therapist, ordained minister, author, and sought-after speaker dedicated to helping people walk in confidence, heal from spiritual and emotional wounds, and cultivate thriving relationships.

With over two decades of experience serving individuals, couples, and communities, William brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, pastoral sensitivity, and lived wisdom to every space he enters.

As the founder of Faith and Family Empowerment, a private counseling practice in Atlanta, Georgia, William specializes in guiding Christian couples through conflict resolution, trauma recovery, and reconnection. He is trained in EMDR and adoption competency, supporting families as they navigate complex emotional and spiritual terrain.

In addition to his therapy work, William leads The Confidence Walk, a public speaking and teaching platform designed to help faith-driven professionals silence their inner critic, embrace their calling, and lead with integrity.
