Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid product, workshop, or resource is provided.

Digital Products and Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or downloading a Conversations with Jeanine digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal use.

Workshop registration is for the individual who registered unless otherwise stated.

Workshop access links, meeting information, participant workbooks, presentation materials, and related resources may not be shared with another person.

Participants may not record, reproduce, livestream, redistribute, or commercially use workshop content without prior written permission from Conversations with Jeanine.

Participants are expected to communicate and participate respectfully. Conversations with Jeanine reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intentionally disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Participant Privacy

Some workshops or group experiences may include optional discussion or participant sharing.

You are encouraged to share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and should not record, publish, repeat, or distribute personal information shared by another participant without that person's permission.

While Conversations with Jeanine encourages respectful confidentially, complete confidentially among participants cannot be guaranteed.

Workshop Refunds and Transfers

For Finding Peace in Uncertainty, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.

After that time, workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session of the workshop, provided the request is made before the scheduled workshop begins and a future session is available.

If Conversations with Jeanine cancels a paid workshop, registered participants will be offered a refund or another appropriate option.

Different products, programs, or services may have different refund terms when clearly stated on the applicable sales or registration page.

Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may vary depending on the product and circumstances.

Any refund policy stated on the applicable product page will apply to that purchase.

If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing a product, please contact Conversations with Jeanine so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content by Conversations with Jeanine, including written materials, presentations, exercises, graphics, branding, videos, downloads, and other original resources, remains the intellectual property of Conversations with Jeanine or Jeanine Stoute.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Conversations with Jeanine intellectual property beyond the personal-use rights expressly provided with a product or service.
