Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase. Amour Books does not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to check product compatibility or a purchaser’s decision that they no longer want the product.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

If your purchased file is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a problem with the file supplied by Amour Books, please contact info@amourbooks.com.au. Include your order email address, receipt or order number and a description of the problem. Amour Books will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required, which may include assistance, a replacement file or a refund.
