Terms of Use

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. Seller and scope

These Terms apply to the purchase and use of Double Joy — Chinese-English Wedding Set (the “Product”). The seller is yangchenghui, an individual trading as Useful Shelf, at 广东省广州市番禺区足球公园19栋1216, Guangdong, China. Contact: ych010224@163.com and the Contact page in the Useful Shelf Payhip store.

The Product is a downloadable, self-service digital editor and its included stationery artwork. It is not a physical product, custom-design service, translation service, etiquette service or printing service.

By purchasing the Product, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you remain in force.

2. Delivery and supported environment

Payhip provides access to the download after the order is completed and normally sends a receipt containing a future-access link. Save the downloaded ZIP and your receipt.

The supported environment for this version is desktop Google Chrome on macOS with ordinary local-file and download permissions. Windows, mobile devices and other browsers have not been verified for this version. The Product is designed to run from the downloaded files on your computer without an account or local server. Other browsers, mobile devices, managed devices, unusual security restrictions and third-party editing applications are not promised unless the product page at the time of purchase expressly says otherwise.

The Product's functions, file scope, language options and compatibility are the functions expressly described on the product page at the time of purchase. There is no geographic restriction imposed by the Product itself, but Payhip, the payment provider or applicable law may restrict purchase or payment availability.

3. Personal one-event license

After full payment, the seller grants the purchaser and the purchaser's co-hosting partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for one wedding celebration or one directly connected wedding-event set.

For that event, you may:

- edit the included wording and export the resulting stationery;

- make reasonable local backup copies for your own use;

- print the exported stationery in the quantity reasonably needed for that event; and

- share final exported files with your guests, printer, venue and wedding vendors only as needed to produce or coordinate that event.

A printer or vendor receives no independent right to reuse, sell or distribute the Product or its artwork. The license does not transfer ownership of the Product, editor, template, artwork, layout, code or other included assets.

4. Uses not permitted

You may not:

- resell, rent, sublicense, publish, upload or redistribute the Product, its downloadable ZIP, the editable editor, blank templates or source artwork;

- share the download link or editable Product with another buyer, client, business or event;

- extract or reuse the artwork, layout, code or design components as a separate asset, template library or competing product;

- use the Product to provide paid client design, template or stationery services; or

- remove ownership notices or misrepresent the Product as your original template or software.

These restrictions do not prevent the event-specific printing and vendor sharing expressly permitted in section 3.

5. Your wording and review responsibilities

You are responsible for the text you enter and for having the right to use it. Review every exported page before printing or distribution, including names, dates, times, addresses, RSVP details, Chinese characters and layout choices.

The Product does not translate, proofread or validate wording; decide cultural etiquette; convert lunar dates; manage a guest list; or provide legal, printing or professional advice. Sample wording is illustrative and must be checked for your own event. A wording mistake, aesthetic preference or excluded service is not a defect in the Product.

6. Printing and third-party services

The Product generates a personalized 5 × 7-inch PDF as described on the product page. Unless the purchase-time product page expressly states otherwise, the Product has not been certified with every printer, paper, color workflow, trimming process or print shop. You are responsible for reviewing the PDF and confirming a third-party printer's specifications before placing a print order.

Printers, venues, payment providers and other third parties are independent from Useful Shelf. The seller is not responsible for their prices, production choices, delays, paper, ink, shipping or other work. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.

7. Local editor data and platform processing

The tested offline editor runs from files stored on your computer. It does not require an editor account, upload the wording you type, include analytics or advertising, or send the edited wedding content to Useful Shelf. Current edits remain in the open browser tab and reset when the page is closed or reloaded; the exported PDF is saved through Chrome's ordinary download flow.

This local-editor statement does not describe Payhip's or a payment provider's separate processing of order, payment, tax, receipt, fraud-prevention or delivery information. Their own notices govern that platform processing. Do not send private wedding wording, guest information, identity documents or payment credentials in a support request.

8. Refunds, defects and mandatory rights

The Product is delivered digitally and access is intended to begin immediately after purchase. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and controls the seller's voluntary refund process, including duplicate charges and qualifying missing, corrupt, materially different or non-working digital content.

The seven-calendar-day period in the Refund Policy is a technical-problem reporting period, not a free trial or a no-reason return window. A refund ends the license and Payhip download access; downloaded copies and exports containing Product artwork must be deleted.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the seller to waive. Acceptance of these general Terms alone is not treated as the buyer's separate express request for immediate digital delivery or acknowledgment of any loss of a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. Where such consent is required, it must be obtained separately before delivery and confirmed in a durable form.

9. Corrections, updates and support

The purchase is for the Product version delivered for the order. No subscription, future feature, perpetual update program or continuing custom support is included unless the purchase-time product page expressly says otherwise.

The seller may provide a correction, replacement file or bounded troubleshooting step for a qualifying problem under the Refund Policy. If an updated file replaces the original on Payhip, access to that update does not reduce the rights or promised scope that applied when you purchased.

10. Intellectual property

The Product and its original editor, layouts, artwork, text, code and downloadable files are owned by the seller or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your event-specific wording remains yours. Your purchase grants only the limited license in section 3.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The seller is responsible for the express Product promises made on the product page at the time of purchase and for obligations that applicable law imposes. Beyond those promises and non-waivable obligations, the seller does not promise a particular aesthetic reaction, cultural or linguistic correctness of user-entered wording, compatibility with every device or printer, uninterrupted third-party platform access, or a particular wedding or printing outcome.

To the maximum extent applicable law permits, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party printing or vendor costs, lost time, or losses caused by user-entered content or use outside the stated supported environment. Where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, the seller's aggregate liability relating to the Product is limited to the amount paid for that Product.

No limitation in these Terms applies to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be limited, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude or limit.

12. Suspension and termination

The seller may terminate the license for a material breach of sections 3 or 4 after giving notice where notice is reasonably possible. On termination, you must stop using and delete the Product and its source or editable copies. Event-specific printed copies already lawfully distributed to guests need not be recovered.

The license also ends when a full refund is issued, as described in the Refund Policy. Sections concerning ownership, prohibited redistribution, accrued payment obligations and legally permitted limitations survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.

13. Purchase-time version and changes

The version of these Terms, the Refund Policy and the product description presented for your order governs that purchase. Future changes do not retroactively reduce an existing purchaser's license, purchase-time Product promises or mandatory rights.

The seller may update the Terms for future orders by posting a new effective date. Keep the receipt and any purchase-time terms supplied with your order.

14. Order of precedence and severability

If these documents conflict:

1. mandatory applicable law controls;

2. the purchase-time product page controls the promised Product scope and supported environment;

3. the purchase-time Refund Policy controls the seller's voluntary refund procedure; and

4. these Terms control the license and permitted use.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.

15. Governing law and disputes

The seller is an individual established in Guangdong, China. These Terms do not impose an exclusive governing law, court, arbitration provider or class-action waiver. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the mandatory rules that apply to the seller, the purchaser and the transaction. Mandatory protections available to a consumer cannot be removed by these Terms.

Please contact the seller first so that an order or Product problem can be reviewed through the Refund Policy. This request does not delay or replace a deadline or remedy that applicable law gives the purchaser.
