All products are delivered digitally through Payhip's platform immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive download links via email to the address provided during purchase.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Payhip and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Payhip's and Stripe's respective terms of service.


3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.


3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe and Payhip.


3.4 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may attempt to complete your purchase again with valid payment information.


3.5 Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our products or services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing.


3.5.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
  • Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annually as specified at the time of purchase
  • You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at each renewal
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice


3.5.2 Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3.5.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law


3.5.4 Failed Recurring Payments

  • If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process payment up to 3 times
  • We may suspend or terminate your subscription access if payment continues to fail
  • You are responsible for updating payment information to avoid service interruption
  • Late fees or additional charges may apply for failed payments as permitted by law


3.5.5 Subscription Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services
  • Subscribers will receive 30 days' advance notice of material changes
  • Price increases will not affect current subscribers until their next renewal cycle


4. Refunds and Returns

4.1 Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing download or access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)


4.2 Subscription Refunds

For subscription services:

  • No refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law
  • If you cancel within the first 24 hours of initial subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund
  • Refunds for technical issues will be prorated based on unused service time
  • Subscription downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with no refund for the current period


4.2 Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Evidence of technical problems (if applicable)


4.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

13.1 Subscription Termination

  • We may terminate subscription services immediately for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to subscription content will cease immediately
  • Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds for unused subscription periods
  • You may terminate your subscription at any time as outlined in Section 3.5.3


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our store page.


13.2 Notification

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to these Terms.


13.3 Continued Use
