I created What We Carry from the belief that everyone is carrying something the world doesn't always see.

Grief, love, motherhood, relationships, memories, dreams, and all the complicated, beautiful parts of becoming who we are.

This space was created to make room for all of it.

A place to find encouragement, share our stories, and connect through the experiences that remind us we're human.

Because while our journeys may look different, none of us should have to feel alone in what we carry.
