These Terms of Use govern purchases from and use of digital products offered by Young Digital LLC, operating Young Digital Business Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using one of our digital products, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Young Digital Business Tools products are delivered electronically.

Individual product pages describe the applicable format, software requirements, included materials, intended use, and material limitations.

No physical product is shipped when a product is identified as a digital download.

License

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, one purchase grants the purchasing business a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use that product for the internal operations of one business.

Employees of the purchasing business may use the product for that business’s internal operations where reasonably necessary.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use designated editable fields and features for your own business
• Save reasonable internal working copies
• Use calculated outputs for your own business-planning and operating purposes
• Share the product internally with employees of the licensed purchasing business as reasonably necessary

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product
• Give copies to another business
• Upload the product for public access
• Share the product in public or private template libraries
• Sublicense the product
• White-label or rebrand the product for resale
• Sell modified copies
• Copy protected formulas, calculation logic, documentation, layout, or proprietary structure for use in a competing commercial product
• Circumvent product protections for redistribution or resale
• Represent Young Digital LLC’s work as your own commercial template product

Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials specifically identified otherwise, Young Digital LLC retains ownership of its original:

• Formulas
• Calculation logic
• Spreadsheet structure
• Documentation
• Written content
• Product graphics
• Layouts
• Branding
• Product methodology
• Other original intellectual property

Your purchase provides a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Business-Planning and Decision-Support Tools

Young Digital Business Tools products are provided for business-planning, educational, informational, and decision-support purposes.

They are not a substitute for professional:

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Payroll advice
• Employment-law advice
• Regulatory advice
• Financial-investment advice
• Other licensed professional services

You remain responsible for independently evaluating business decisions and verifying requirements applicable to your company and jurisdiction.

Accuracy of User Inputs

Product outputs depend on the information entered by the user.

Young Digital LLC does not guarantee that user-entered information is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for a particular business.

Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce results that are not useful or appropriate for decision-making.

No Guarantee of Results

Young Digital LLC does not guarantee:

• Profitability
• Customer acceptance of a price
• Particular margins
• Particular revenue
• Cost recovery
• Business growth
• Compliance with law or payment-network rules
• Any specific business result

Products are analytical tools, not guarantees.

Payment-Fee Calculations

Where a product calculates payment-processing fees, fee absorption, or mathematical gross-up amounts, the calculation performs mathematics only.

It does not determine whether a surcharge, convenience fee, cash discount, dual-pricing arrangement, or other payment-method pricing difference is legally or contractually permitted.

Users are responsible for confirming applicable:

• Federal, state, and local law
• Payment-card network rules
• Merchant-processor/acquirer requirements
• Eligible payment methods
• Required disclosures
• Applicable caps
• Tax treatment

before charging customers a payment-related fee or price difference.

Software Compatibility

Software requirements are disclosed on individual product pages.

Customers are responsible for confirming they have the required software before purchasing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, compatibility with platforms or applications not identified on the product page is not guaranteed.

Updates and Product Versions

Young Digital LLC may update, replace, modify, or discontinue products or product versions.

Purchase of one product version does not automatically include all future major versions, upgrades, products, or bundles unless expressly stated.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and technical remedies are governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Young Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of or reliance on a digital product.

Customers remain responsible for decisions made using product outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when our products, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The Effective Date above identifies the current version.
