Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all EFT tapping meditation recordings ("Meditations") available for purchase through this store.

What your license includes

Each Meditation is sold under a single-user Professional License. This license permits you to:

• Listen to the Meditation for your own personal use and wellbeing
• Play the Meditation for individual clients during private one-on-one sessions
• Play the Meditation in small group coaching or therapy settings of up to 10 participants in a private, non-recorded session

What your license does not include

Your license does not permit you to:

• Upload, stream, or broadcast the Meditation on any public or private platform, including YouTube, Spotify, podcast feeds, social media, or membership sites
• Share, resell, or redistribute the audio file in any form
• Use the Meditation in recorded online courses, programs, or any content where the recording is embedded or accessible beyond the live session
• Play the Meditation at public events, conferences, retreats, or workshops without a Commercial License

Commercial licensing

All Meditations are the original work of Jan Caimano and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.
