Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 July 2026
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the ZAMOT store on Payhip.
By placing an order, accessing a download or using a purchased product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the applicable Refund Policy and any license supplied with the product.
1. About the store
ZAMOT sells digital music-production products, including loops, stems, sample packs, drum kits, presets, MPC files and related creative assets.
These Terms apply only to products sold through the ZAMOT Payhip store.
Custom production, exclusive beats, individual collaborations, arrangement services and other premium work require separate written terms or agreements.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
If you are under the legal age required in your country, you may purchase only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
3. Product information
ZAMOT aims to describe each product accurately, including its contents, file formats, size and intended use.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:
• the product description
• included files and formats
• software or equipment requirements
• audio previews where available
• the applicable product license
Product images and audio previews are presented for demonstration purposes. Minor differences in display, volume or playback may occur depending on your device, software or platform.
4. Orders, prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page.
Applicable digital sales tax or VAT is included in the displayed price where required by the store settings and applicable law.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. ZAMOT does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
An order is completed when payment has been successfully authorized or when a valid promotional code reduces the order total to zero.
ZAMOT may cancel or refuse an order where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment, technical abuse, pricing error or violation of these Terms.
5. Digital delivery
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after checkout.
The customer receives:
• access to a Payhip download page
• an email receipt containing access to the purchased files
• the number of download attempts permitted by the store settings
You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for safely storing your downloaded files.
If you do not receive access, first check your Spam or Promotions folders and then contact ZAMOT.
6. Product license
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original ZAMOT material.
Your rights to use loops, stems, samples, presets and other included content are governed by:
• the license supplied with the product
• any product-specific terms stated on the product page
• these Terms of Service
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ZAMOT digital music-production products are licensed on a non-exclusive basis.
Where product-specific terms conflict with the universal license, the product-specific terms apply only to that product.
7. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use purchased content only within the permissions granted by the applicable product license.
You may not:
• share, resell or redistribute the original source files
• upload purchased files to public folders, file-sharing services or forums
• repackage the files as another sample pack, loop kit, drum kit or preset product
• claim exclusive ownership of the underlying ZAMOT content
• provide the source files to third parties for their separate use
• use ZAMOT branding in a way that suggests an official partnership or endorsement
• bypass download limits or attempt unauthorized access to products
• use the store or its products for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes
A violation of the applicable license may result in termination of your permission to use the product.
8. Refunds and technical issues
Refunds, cancellations and exchanges are governed by the separately published ZAMOT Digital Product Refund Policy.
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided after access or download has begun.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights where:
• a file is missing or corrupted
• the wrong product was delivered
• the product is materially different from its description
• access cannot reasonably be restored
• applicable law requires another remedy
Customers should contact ZAMOT before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can first be investigated and resolved.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• checking product compatibility before purchasing
• using suitable software and equipment
• downloading and backing up your files
• keeping your download link and account access private
• complying with the applicable product license
• informing artists, clients, labels or collaborators about any non-exclusive source material used in a completed production
ZAMOT is not responsible for problems caused solely by unsupported software, incompatible equipment, user error or unauthorized modifications to the files.
10. Availability and product changes
ZAMOT may update, replace, improve, archive or withdraw a product from future sale.
Such changes do not remove the rights already granted to customers under the license version applicable at the time of their purchase.
ZAMOT may temporarily suspend access to the store for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access where a valid customer download is affected.
11. Third-party services
The store may use third-party services including Payhip, payment providers, SoundCloud and social-media platforms.
Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical conditions.
ZAMOT is not responsible for temporary interruptions, account restrictions or technical failures caused entirely by an independent third-party platform, but will reasonably assist where the issue affects access to a valid purchase.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMOT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a digital product.
ZAMOT does not guarantee that using a product will result in:
• commercial success
• placements or collaborations
• streaming revenue
• increased audience reach
• compatibility with every future software or hardware version
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Termination
ZAMOT may terminate a product license or restrict store access if a customer materially violates these Terms or the applicable product license.
After termination, the customer must stop unauthorized use and distribution of the affected content.
Termination does not remove any payment obligations or claims arising from an earlier violation.
14. Changes to these Terms
ZAMOT may update these Terms for future purchases.
The version published or provided at the time of purchase applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Material updates will not retroactively remove rights already granted under an earlier valid purchase.
15. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
