Some nights you’re exhausted… and still your brain won’t stop.

FAQs
How quickly will it work?
Some people feel drowsy straight away and fall asleep before the end of the track. For others it may take a few cycles of listening to take effect. For best results, use nightly for 14–21 days. After a few days of regular use you will find yourself falling asleep sooner, and your sleep periods lasting longer as long as there is no other medical reason causing wakefulness.
Do I need headphones?
No — headphones can help the experience feel more immersive, but not all headphones are suitable for sleeping so choose what works best for you.
What if I don’t fall asleep?
That’s okay. Rest still counts. The aim is to reduce effort and let sleep arrive naturally. Repeated use will build effectiveness and it may take a few nights for your brain to let go of its current pattern.
Can I use this if I wake up during the night?
Yes, this is recommended.
I can fall asleep okay, but then wake in the night and find it hard to get back to sleep. Will this work for that?
Yes, the hypnosis track will help. You should still use it at bedtime to help you sleep and again if and when you wake up it the night. By using it to help fall asleep at the start of the night you will help to train your brain to go back to sleep as the hypnosis track is also designed to help you have longer, deeper more refreshing periods of sleep.
Will I still wake up if I need to?
Yes, hypnosis is a trance state and the audio is designed to connect to your subconscious brain. In an emergency or if the phone rings/ doorbell rings your brain will still register and react.
