Hi, I’m the kind of person who, just a few years ago, went to bed almost every night with a heavy feeling of disappointment and guilt.

I kept promising myself “tomorrow I’ll change,” but instead I’d spend hours scrolling, putting off important tasks, and then hating myself because I hadn’t accomplished anything again. I felt like a prisoner of my own brain.
