Terms and Conditions
ActNow e-shop (operated on Payhip)
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing digital products (e-books) through the online store ActNow operated on the Payhip platform.

2. Products and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
2.1. The Seller offers exclusively digital products – e-books in PDF format.
2.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer completes the order and successfully pays the purchase price.
2.3. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them in their entirety.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. All prices are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer, therefore prices do not include VAT.
3.2. Payment is processed through the Payhip platform via Stripe.
3.3. The purchase price is due immediately upon order placement.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
4.1. The digital product is delivered immediately after successful payment.
4.2. The Buyer receives a download link to the email address provided during the order. The product is also available in the Buyer’s account in the “My Purchases” section on Payhip.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for any failure to download the product due to technical issues on the Buyer’s side.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer acknowledges that according to § 1837 letter l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.
5.2. By completing the purchase, the Buyer gives explicit prior consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
5.3. By giving this consent, the Buyer expressly acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract from the moment the digital content is delivered.
5.4. From 19 June 2026, the Buyer may use the “withdrawal button” function available in their Payhip account or contact the Seller to exercise the right of withdrawal (if applicable).
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity (defects) of the digital product in accordance with applicable law.
6.2. The Buyer may submit a complaint if the e-book contains a defect, such as a corrupted file, missing pages, or technical errors that prevent normal use.
6.3. Complaints must be sent to support.actnow@gmail.com within 24 months from the date of delivery.
6.4. The Seller will examine the complaint and respond within 30 days.
6.5. In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a corrected or replacement version of the e-book at no extra cost.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All e-books are protected by copyright. The Buyer receives only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the e-book for personal purposes.
7.2. The Buyer is not entitled to distribute, share, publish, modify or resell the e-book in any form without the Seller’s prior written consent.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy, which is available on a separate page.
9. Liability and Force Majeure
9.1. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by the Buyer’s incorrect use of the digital product.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for any interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond their control.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Seller. The current version is always published in the store.
10.2. The legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
10.3. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic. However, a consumer habitually residing in another EU Member State may also bring proceedings in the courts of that Member State.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 12 April 2026.
