By purchasing any beat license from Alpha Ink Records, you agree to the following terms in full.

GENERAL:

All beats sold on this store are produced by Jnr-Jay under Alpha Ink Records, Gaborone, Botswana.

A beat license grants you the right to use the beat in your own original music within the limits of your

chosen license tier. It does not transfer copyright ownership of the beat.

CREDIT REQUIREMENT (ALL TIERS):

Credit is required on ALL releases using any Alpha Ink beat.

Use exactly: Prod. by Jnr-Jay / Alpha Ink Records

This must appear in:

• Song credits on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• YouTube video description
• Physical CD/EP booklet if applicable

BASIC LEASE

Files delivered:   Tagged MP3 (watermarked)

Streams allowed: Up to 5,000 across all platforms

Unit sales:        Up to 2,000 (downloads, physical copies)

Music videos:      1 video allowed

Radio:             Not included

Exclusivity:       Non-exclusive (beat remains for sale to others)

Sublicensing:      Not permitted

PREMIUM LEASE

Files delivered:   Untagged MP3 + WAV (studio quality)

Streams allowed:   Unlimited

Unit sales:        Up to 10,000

Music videos:      2 videos allowed

Radio:             Unlimited broadcast rights

Exclusivity:       Non-exclusive (beat remains for sale to others)

Sublicensing:      Not permitted

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Files delivered:   Untagged WAV + MP3 + full stem files

                   (drums, melody, bass, FX separated)

Streams allowed:   Unlimited

Unit sales:        Unlimited

Music videos:      Unlimited

Radio:             Unlimited

TV / Film sync:    Included

Exclusivity:       Full exclusive — beat removed from store permanently after purchase. No further

licenses issued.

Sublicensing:      Not permitted

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (ALL TIERS)

• Claim copyright or ownership of the beat itself
• Register the beat with any collection society or copyright office under your name
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense the beat to another artist
• Use the beat in content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activity
• Remove or alter the producer tag on Basic Lease files
