1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (beats, sample packs, MIDI packs, music downloads) are

delivered instantly.

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Payhip with your

download link. Check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a technical

issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CLOTHING & CDs)

All physical orders are processed and shipped from

Gaborone, Botswana.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery estimates:

• Gaborone & major Botswana towns: 3–5 business days
• Rest of Botswana: 5–8 business days
• South Africa / Zimbabwe / Zambia / Namibia: 7–14 days
• International: 14–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order

weight.

3. TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order

has been shipped.

Not all local deliveries include tracking.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (CLOTHING)

We accept returns or exchanges on clothing within

14 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• Original packaging is intact
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Sale or discounted items
• Digital products
• CDs once opened

To request a return or exchange, contact us via the Contact page with your

order number and reason.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived

damaged or incorrect.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us

within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
