Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase from this store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE:

Alpha Ink Records is an independent record label based in Gaborone, Botswana, founded by

Compton267. This store is operated through Payhip at: payhip.com/AlphaInkRecords

2. PRODUCTS:

We sell physical goods (clothing, CDs) and digital products (beat licenses, sample packs, MIDI

packs, music downloads).

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best

of our knowledge.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update listings.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT:

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely by Payhip using PayPal, Stripe, or card payment.

An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email

from Payhip.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g. in cases of pricing errors).

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Digital products are delivered via email link after purchase.

By completing payment for a digital product, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately

upon purchase and you waive any right to a cooling-off period where applicable under consumer

protection law.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

Beat licenses are subject to the Beat License Terms page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Ownership of physical goods passes to you on delivery. Risk passes to you when the item is handed to

the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Returns are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All music, beats, artwork, and branding on this storeare owned by Alpha Ink Records.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, except as expressly stated

in the Beat License Terms for licensed beats.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written

permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Ink Records is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of products purchased from this store
• Loss of revenue, data, or opportunities arising from reliance on our digital products
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third parties

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes will be subject to the

jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.

Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
