This Privacy Policy explains how ARBELAI handles information connected with purchases and support for AgentOS Mini.

Information we may receive. Payhip may provide ARBELAI with information needed to fulfill and support an order, such as the purchaser email address, order details, country, transaction status, and information the purchaser voluntarily sends through the Contact page. ARBELAI does not receive or store full payment card details.

How information is used. Information is used to deliver the product, provide receipts and download access, respond to support requests, maintain order records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. ARBELAI does not sell personal information.

Service providers. The store and checkout are operated by Payhip. Payments may be processed by PayPal or other payment providers made available by Payhip. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Retention and security. Order and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable steps are taken to protect the information available to ARBELAI, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices. You may contact ARBELAI through the store Contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by ARBELAI, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Requests concerning information controlled by Payhip or a payment provider should be directed to that provider.

Cookies and international processing. Payhip may use cookies and process information in different countries as described in its own privacy documentation.

Children. AgentOS Mini is not directed to children.

Updates. This policy may be updated when the product or applicable services change.
