AgentOS Mini is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally non refundable after download or access.

If the supplied files are defective, corrupted, materially different from the product description, or you were charged more than once, contact ARBELAI through the store Contact page within 14 days of purchase. Please include the email used for the order and a clear description of the issue.

We will first try to resolve the issue by providing access, replacement files, or a correction. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
