These Terms of Use apply to purchases and use of AgentOS Mini from ARBELAI. By purchasing or downloading the product, you agree to these terms.

License. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use and modify the supplied files for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or make the original or modified files available as a standalone product or download.

Product scope. AgentOS Mini is a downloadable operations kit. It does not include custom development, account creation, payment configuration, KYC, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of business results. Third party products and services, including Python, Claude Code, PayPal, and Payhip, remain subject to their own terms and may change independently.

User responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing commands before running them, maintaining backups, protecting credentials, obtaining required approvals, and complying with laws and third party terms that apply to your use.

Support. Installation guidance and support for defects in the supplied files are included. Contact ARBELAI through the store Contact page with the email used for the order and a clear description of the issue.

Payments and refunds. Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. Taxes may apply based on location. Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy.

Disclaimer. The product is provided as described and without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
