Definition of Terms:

"AYMS", "US", "WE", "THE SYNAGOGUE", and "THE FAITH ORGANIZATION" are all terms for ARI YEHUDAH MESSIANIC SYNAGOGUE and may all be used interchangeably in this PRIVACY POLICY.

"END USER", "USER', "CONSUMER", "DISCIPLE", "MEMBER", "VISITOR", "GUEST", "READER", "PURCHASER", "PATRON", "YOU", and "FRIEND" are all terms for YOU and may all be used interchangeably in this PRIVACY POLICY.

Types of Information Collected:

AYMS does not rent, lease, or sell any information. We are obligated to share as mandatory to legal authorities due to criminal activity, third party services for transactions and the like.

Personal information and directory level information includes, but is not limited to: first name, last name, shipping and billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and ages. Anything more, as contributed to posted comments and other correspondence, is strictly voluntary.

Non-personal information includes, but is not limited to: IP addresses of user devices connected to the AYMS website and its third party sub-processors at the times of connection for services, browsing, and purchasing.

All accounts and transactions with AYMS are strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. We do not solicit any information from minors aged less than 18 years old. AYMS collects directory level information from adults aged 18 years and older as necessary in order to facilitate and maintain user accounts and transactions.

Processes of Information Collection:

AYMS does not use cookies, beacons, pixels, or any other advertising, marketing and tracking analytics and tools.

User account information is collected, in accordance with International, USA, state and local laws, for newsletter subscriptions, account creation, payment transactions and email and other forms of correspondence. All online services and transactions are facilitated through third party sub-processors who have their own Privacy and Terms of Service policies.
