Digital Downloads

Most items available in the Resources Shop consist of digital files to be downloaded at the end of the payment transaction process. You have a total of five (5) attempts to download your purchased file(s) for personal use only. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges issued for digital files.

Should you experience any downloading issues, please contact AYMS via the Contact form. You may be asked for a digital copy of your paid receipt, whether by .pdf file or .jpg screenshot or by file attachment by email.

Digital Download Instructions

1. View your final transaction or emailed receipt.
2. Click on the digital file name to initiate the download.
3. Answer the prompt to save the download to your device, whether desktop or mobile. You get 5 attempts to perform a successful download.
4. Enjoy your download for personal use only. Do not share your file with anyone else, including posting online or text. If you want your friends, family and colleagues to experience your joy of using this download, please refer them to this website for them to purchase and download their own copy directly. Thank you for supporting the works and the copyrights of the creators and the publishers.
