I personally recommend you use your favourite pair of headphones that you've worn over and over and over. Binaural Audio works best with L/R channel isolation, and I do incorporate audioFX that require the use of isolated L/R channel.

One of the things I love the most about the file is that there are plenty of descriptors about Debbie herself, as well as a very thorough description of her looks. It sets the scene perfectly for who you are as well, and your relationship with Debbie, and even though she has the tendency to be cutting and brutal it's merely to help set the scene for what you've always experienced from her (that and it hasn't always been rough times). But there's a reason why you were chosen, why I was chosen. And it's always best to remember that. Wait, what was I supposed to remember? Ehhhh, no matter!
In all seriousness, thoroughly enjoyable, magnificent triggers, exceptional results. No spoilers, but Alpha...ahem...has gone above and beyond. You'll know after you listen, I'm sure!

So we've been listening to...an embarrassing amount of Ari's hypnosis files for quite some time now, and what always keeps us coming back is the masterful sound mixing, and the powerful, yet peaceful, inductions. And this file is no different. It does a fantastic job of easing us into trance, giving us the proper phantom feelings of two heads forming around the center one, and making sure we're safe and comfortable on top of it all.
We will warn that this specific file may run the risk of installing headmates, naturally when it comes to cerberus tf, but it's good to be ready for that possibility ahead of time. Note the pronouns we've been using.

When you've had insomnia due to life circumstances, or just can't get your brain to shut off, this file has in very large part solved that for me. Will it put you out? maybe. It hasn't for me yet. And that's okay. Either way, it has helped me get some actual rest for the first time in a while. Absolutely wonderful.
